The optional Accounts module was created to assist in the set up and tracking of clubhouse managed member accounts, special purpose funds, and donation campaign tracking accounts.
Data Entry:In addition to a General Account Ledger format, there are a variety of data entry formats for tracking donations. The data entry format is specified with the account definition, but it may be changed whenever it becomes necessary.
Reports:
Payee-Donor reports can be used to view the overall balance or period activity of any one account or of all funds under management. Payee-Donor filters can be applied to view an individual's or entity's activity relating to a specific account or all accounts.
Tools:
An account definition/creation tool allows the creation of as many uniquely named accounts as desired.
