The Appilistic Clubhouse database (Version 9.0.n and beyond) has the following built in security elements available at your option:
- User specific login ID and Password
- Adjustable, user specific permission settings which can be used to enforce the principle of least privilege
- Adjustable, minimum password settings
- Member privacy settings
- Automatic distributed backup system
- Adjustable age-based data locking schedule
- Adjustable 'auto-lock' for modules inadvertently left unattended:
- Open forms, reports or queries are closed as the database is locked
- User password is required to unlock and re-enter the database
- Anyone is permitted to exit a locked database
- Audit Log, including the following events:
- Every login attempt, successful or failed
- Every personal folder access
- All changes to personal folder data, including both the original and new value
- Each Emergency Information access
- Changes to security configuration settings:
- Audit log setting locks when turned ON
- Each logged event includes:
- Date and time
- The User ID
- The computer from which access occurred
- The individual who's information/data was accessed
- Specific actions taken by the database user
- Data encryption
